We begin by understanding your vision. In our complimentary 30-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your event’s theme, guest list, and any specific requests. Customize your template and select any add-ons during this session.
2. Setup and Preparation
On the event day, our team arrives early to set up, handling everything from the backdrop to the professional lighting and camera equipment. We ensure the photobooth seamlessly blends with your event decor and is ready as guests arrive.
3. Guest Interaction and Photo Sessions
As the event starts, our professional photographer welcomes guests to the photobooth, guiding them with expert posing and direction. We focus on capturing candid, authentic moments that truly reflect your event’s spirit.
4. Instant Printing and Keepsakes
Guests receive high-quality 4x6” prints on the spot, customized with your event’s branding or a special message. These personalized prints serve as memorable keepsakes for your guests.
5. Real-Time Digital Delivery
Guests can access their photos digitally via a QR code provided on-site, making it easy to share on social media. All photos are also uploaded to an online gallery, where guests can browse and download high-resolution images after the event.
6. Takedown and Post-Event Follow-Up
We efficiently dismantle the setup at the end of the event, ensuring minimal disruption. You’ll receive access to the full online gallery, and if you opted for additional services like photo books, we’ll keep you updated on their progress.
