Fable Live Portraits Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

Bookings within 3 Weeks of the Event:

  • Full payment (100% of the quoted amount) is due within 3 business days to secure your booking.

  • This payment is non-refundable.

Bookings more than 3 Weeks from the Event:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 business days of receiving the invoice to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any amounts paid.

2. Service Inclusions

Fable Live Portraits provides a studio-style photography experience, including:

  • Professional photographer(s)

  • Studio lighting, backdrop, and setup

  • On-site direction of guests

  • Instant printing (if applicable)

Note: Specific inclusions and deliverables will be outlined in your final booking confirmation.

3. Setup, Pack Down & Access Requirements

  • Fable Live Portraits will handle setup and pack down of all equipment.

  • The Hirer (client) must ensure suitable access for setup, including adequate space, power supply, and access during the agreed times.

  • Any last-minute venue access restrictions or changes resulting in delays may incur additional charges.

If setup or pack down is delayed due to venue or client, additional staffing or overtime charges may apply.

4. Amendments & Additions

  • Any changes or additions to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Additional services will be invoiced and must be paid prior to the event.

5. Cancellation & Postponement

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will forfeit the 50% deposit.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur 100% of the total fee.

  • Postponements are subject to availability. A postponement fee may apply if the new date results in loss of potential bookings.

6. Damage or Loss of Equipment

  • The client is responsible for any loss or damage to Fable’s equipment caused by guests or venue staff.

  • Any costs for repairs or replacements will be invoiced to the client.

7. Indemnity & Liability

  • Fable Live Portraits is not liable for any injury or property damage caused by misuse of equipment or behavior of guests during the event.

  • The client agrees to indemnify Fable Live Portraits against any claims arising from the event.

8. Force Majeure

  • If the event is affected by circumstances beyond Fable’s control (including but not limited to pandemics, extreme weather, government restrictions), services may be postponed.

  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 24 months (subject to availability).

9. Use of Images

  • Fable Live Portraits retains the right to use images captured for promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio) unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the deposit or signing this agreement confirms your acceptance of the terms outlined above.
